Consumers may submit complaints to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), the competent consumer protection authority in Romania.

We recommend first contacting us directly through the Complaints page so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.

ANPC is distinct from ANSPDCP, the authority competent for personal data protection.
