In any accident, damage, theft, vandalism or breakdown situation, contact Gelvia Rent immediately at 0745 479 503 or gelviarent@gmail.com. The single European emergency number is 112.

Accident

[Not configured] General instructions: secure the area, check for injuries, call 112 if needed, do not leave the scene and notify the Company immediately.

Documents and evidence

Take photographs of the vehicles, the location and any damage; keep the documents issued by the authorities and send them to the Company.

Police

Where the law requires police attendance or an official document, obtaining it is mandatory for handling the damage file.

Theft and vandalism

Notify the police and the Company immediately and hand over the vehicle keys and documents if available.

Breakdown / assistance

Roadside assistance is available in the event of a breakdown or immobilisation of the vehicle, in accordance with the conditions of the roadside assistance service and the insurance policy.

Lost keys and documents

Customer obligations

The Customer must report the event without delay, cooperate in handling the file and must not admit liability on behalf of the Company.
